    I’ve never had duck, do you cook it similar to steak? I’m pretty sure I wanna smash but all my poultry experience has been thoroughly cooked thru.

    your post had me google duck schnitzel and i have to say i am interested.

    i’ve never had it breaded like that. is it baked or pan fried? wondering how tenderizing thin like schnitzel and pan frying it in a cast iron would be.
