Not really surprised. Seems like it was always empty. Hard to compete with Shake Shack across the street.

How the fuck you gonna say you love the city and then spell Angelenos wrong lmao

They were hardly open for the last 3 years.

I feel like this place was barely talked about as an LA institution the past few years

Sad. Their salads and breakfast burger were just tops. Way better than anything you can get at Shake Shack…. I don’t like the FTW burgers at GCM…. Aside from fathers office in the arts district…. Where are the burgers of note in DTLA?

  5. I miss that pizza place that was there and used to be open laate

I used to love this location until i found out they had to close down because of roaches a week after I had gone there 🙁

At least the ktown one is still there. One of my favorite burgers in la, and my single favorite tuna melt in la. I’ll pour a little out for the downtown one.

I had dinner here by myself to mark my 33rd birthday. Two weeks later COVID started. It was my last indoor dining restaurant experience until maybe 2021. Sorry to see it close.

Oh no, now where will I go to spend $18 on an a-la-carte cheeseburger only to still be hungry afterwards?

IDK. 19 bucks for a mid tier burger was not my jam. I went twice and both times wasn’t impressed with what I paid too much for. There’s a bunch of food trucks in DTLA that make WAY better burgers with fries and a drink for 15 dollars.

Sad to see a business close but hope a better restaurant can take its place.

Fuck! I literally told my wife last night that I wanted to go in this week and try their tuna melt! I heard it was amazing.

When I look them up online I get a K town location. Is this another one?

I tried it and did not think it was good. It looked cool though. Hope they open something with tastier food instead.
