🛑 I’m your host Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud (☁️). I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our spectacular homemade recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Don’t forget to click the bell for notifications. We upload new recipes Sunday- Wednesday. After all, we wouldn’t be here without you 😘 Thank you 💕

  1. On the first one you did not add no onions and no garlic is that how it's supposed to be ????

  2. These are great varied recipes thank you for posting. My brother who grows his own different chili peppers says I'm not a real woman if I don't make my own salsa..lol. These are great salsa tutorials. Your awesome. ❤

  3. Where did u get that small blender or what’s the name I really liked the look of it

  4. I love cilantro, but i hear that for some people it tastes like soap. But, I've also heard if you cook it, it loses that soap taste.

  5. just made the roasted salsa. Didn't have peppers 😢but it still turned out tasty. I toasted a pinch of chili flakes for a kick. Thanks gals! ❤

  6. Why do you speak English for some of the video and Spanish for other parts of the video? Is this video for English or Spanish speakers? I believe speak one or the other will be confused.

  7. If I doubled your recipe do you think it'd fill a1 quart mason jar? Thanks so much for your recipes ❤

  8. One of my friends is from the desert in Texas but traveling long term to NZ I’m sending him your vids bc he’s tight on cash and missing good Sonoran food, two birds one Steph 😂

  9. At beginning you stated that you use onion in your fresh salsa but I didnt see you use onion or garlic except in the roasted
    Thnks for sharing looks good

  10. I’ve made the fresh salsa multiple times now! It’s sooooo good I use it to make my chicken in sometimes! But today I came back to watch the roasted salsa part because for the first time I’m gonna give it a try! Thank you so much for the video 🙂

  11. Thank you for the recipe. I made the roasted salsa tonight with everything we have in the garden. I am a salsa snob and this recipe definitely delivers. Thank you for sharing your recipes. They have been awesome so far!

  12. Thank you. Ive been enjoying Mexican food in restaurants and I wanted to be able to make it myself. Your recipe is very similar to the salsas I was wanting to make. 🌶

  13. I’m white and half native and this is how I’ve made salsa for years.. my Mexican friend said I make it better then his mom and I guess to him that’s “saying a lot!!”😅 I use regular tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.. cherry tomatoes add a sweeter texture to the salsa that I enjoy a bunch.. and for peppers I tend to go towards fresh jalapeños and green chilis.. nice earthy peppers which are not to high on the scovel.. cheers!! ❤🇲🇽🇺🇸

  14. I HAVE MY GREAT GRANMA'S RECIPE THE BEST IT'S ALMOST THE SAME BUT I ADD, OH I CAN'T TELL …LOL
