I recently bought a couple of jars of Fatalii white infused sea salt and I am in love with the level of heat and flavour. I’ve gone through 2 jars and had to re up with the supplier.
125-400k on the scoville so fairly comparable to a habanero. Flavour profile is slightly citrus with a fairly nice kick. I got myself a mini pepper mill to fill and carry with me for on the go spice needs …
It’s from krautpunk.de a small business I met at a chilli festival in Berlin.
A lot of hot hots let you down flavour wise but this really delivers.
Keen to hear what the sub loves that delivers in both heat and flavour?!

Looove Scorpion peppers, they have floral and fruity notes and make amazing sauces with devastating heat. Matouk’s Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce is my daily driver, it has aged pickled Scorpion peppers and scotch bonnets mixed with garlic and west Indian herbs.
