BBQ roast duck – this was hit and miss! Needed lots of salt

    At least it looks really good? And I always under-salt somewhat during cooking due to a heart condition, most people add a good amount of salt at the table to anything I cook anyway and even I do sometimes haha. I’m considering cooking a duck for the first time soon and am still in the information gathering stage, thanks for your post.

    Duck skin is considered a delicacy. It should be served crispy. Why isn’t your skin crispy?
