Tuna salad is an easy summer meal. It can be served on any bread, crackers, pasta, lettuce…Easy lunch or dinner and the perfect finger food for those iced tea porch get togethers.

Ingredients:
2 cans Tuna
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 Eggs
1teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

You can also use a cheese grater to grate steamed eggs. It's fast and works really well.

Loved it when you said “if you want to use a food processor and clean that mess up”. Exactly why I don’t use those things lol.
I always grate my eggs with the large hole side of my box grater, and also use dill relish rather than sweet.

This is the way I make my tuna salad. I probably use more sweet pickles and more boiled eggs.

I like sweet tuna and potato salad. I put in some small chopped apple and a couple pinches of sugar with the tuna. And a small amount of sugar with the potato

I dont use onion or onion powder and use a little less mayo, just to cut down on calories.
But Ive been this once a week or so this summer. Cheaper than chicken. Sometimes add a little mustard.
