Do you make open faced Mediterranean meat pies
Hi is this canned crush tomatoes, or tomato paste, tomato sauce?
I love the way you cook! I love your crockpot loobya recipe. You cook like my mom and aunts. Amazing & Delicious! I will try making loobya in the crockpot. Thank you for sharing.
I made the fasoolya with the navy beans in my pressure cooker it was yummy
Blanchtv , Basil Al Haj and Teimour are my favorite food youtubers .
Just as I suspected. My dad was a closet Arab ! He was from Cyprus , Famagusta , and he used to make a dish which he called Fasoolya. But it was a black eyed bean cooked with garlic lots of olive oil and spinach . Simmering for a couple of hours . So it ended up as a sort of bean stew . As kids we were not keen on it but he used to tuck in like it was the best thing ever !
Is there a recipe for this ? It’s really hard to keep pausing the video while cooking, would be good to see qty of ingredients at the very least as there is quite a bit of guess work with your spice qty 🙁
I love Lebanese food

What cut of lamb do you prefer for this ty ?
Great video! I learned all my cooking from my TeaTea from Damascus and this is our favorite dish!!!
I’ve generally found uncrowned “grey meat” quite fine. Browning forces you to use a lot of extra fat. I do use a quality bone broth for flavour.
HI Blanche! Love your Videos! Reminds me of my Teta's cooking! So I have made Fasoolya a billion times, but want to try the crock pot version. My concern is the green beans don't get too mushy?
Deer is a good alternative for lamb as well the flavor (at least to me) is very similar.
Love fasoolya…making it as we speak!!!!
We love this recipe. Usually we put, besides garlic/onion, mushrooms, cumin, banana peppers and my add, diced turnips.
Blanche, OMG that looks so delicious! I love Lamb and a dish I will definitely make.
Can I use beef?
