Beef Patty on a bun topped with fries and cheese sauce. Ended up putting the arugula on top with a bit of ketchup and Sriracha.
Wanted to stay “true” for a first try, but I think I would make it more of a smashburger with chopped onion mixed in, on a Pretzel bun with a spicier cheese sauce.
