I used 16/20 Count Shrimp (18 shrimp) that was seasoned with
* 1 Tsp. Tumeric
* ! Tbsp Coriander
* 1 Tbsp Cumin
* Salt
* Pepper
* 1 Tbsp Diced ginger
* Lime Juice (added to shrimp after cooked)

The ingredients used in the salad dressing were:
* pomegranate red wine vinegar
* Olive oil
* Honey
* Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
* Shallots (finely diced)
* Serrano Peppers (thinly sliced)
* Cucumbers (finely diced)
* Cilantro (finely chopped)
* Ginger (minced)
* Salt
* Pepper
