Warmer light, maybe around 3200k lights should do the trick.
Try using a diffused light rather than harsh and create more contrast between the lights

Couple of mugs, a cute artificial planter or any coffee-related quote frame. If I have these, I do something like this. Hope you will like the idea.

Mug storage would be great, particularly if you have some colourful mugs. Something like this if you have space, or just a traditional mug trees if not.
You could also get some more distinctive/pretty storage jars, to coordinate with whatever other changes you make.
I like the tubes, definitely keep those.

Can you move the machine a little to the left? It feels like it’s shoved in the corner. I think giving it some space would make a difference.

There’s a lot here making the space not cozy, the coffee corner is not at fault. White and grey cabinets against a white wall with white LED lights. You can get all kinds of clutter to put on your counter to make the space look less like a hospital, but wooden cabinets and yellow lights are the only thing that can save your sanity.

Perhaps your counter space is limited but what if you pulled the machine out and used it as the left edge of your coffee corner? That would create a more specific space for your things and allow your machine to not feel stuck in the corner.

I would put some kind of little sign on that back wall there. Maybe a tin coffee cup sign or something.
