I’m on my second batch in a week of this black bean corn salad! It’s just so good! Fresh, crunchy, colorful, flavorful and so versatile! Serve it with tortilla chips, a side salad or placed on top of grilled meats. So yummy!

  1. My dressing didn't turn out any good so I mixed in some Taco seasoning mix, topping that off with taco sauce and some sour cream.

  2. Adding some chopped pineapple and pineapple juice is a game changer. Absolutely delicious. Use as a topping on chicken tacos. Mannnnnn, delish!
