Jamie’s got some great tips for preparing and cooking fish, squid and scallops in this recipe. All made fresh and outside in his back garden. Yum.

This recipe was first seen on the Jamie at Home TV series in 2007.

We’d love to hear your ideas for cooking fish in the comments box below What’s your favourite? How do you like season them or add extra flavour?

All the food made in this video was shared out and eaten among the very lucky crew. Nothing goes to waste

  1. This is a very expensive meal, can’t afford it
I would have to shoplift the fish in order to make this yummy meal mmm

  2. I'm not being funny but that fish looks similar to the one that I once saw down the road on a pair of dirty women's underwear maybe he once saw those exact same knickers as me and decided he was going to make a show on YouTube about it coincidence maybe

  3. That was so inspirational!!! I loved mixed plates!! Really interesting recipe!!

  4. Super underrated Chef. Such a cool guy. I had a couple of fellow Chef friends that met him when they were over in the UK, and they said he was the most down to Earth guy and took like 5-10 minutes chatting and taking a few pictures. To me, that's badass. He doesn't fuss over presentation. At ALL. It's all about loving your ingredients, and eating great food.

  5. Спасибо за шикарный рецепт! 🌸 Как всегда у Вас творческий подход к приготовлению!
