  1. WTF is on the bread? Nutella? Marmite? Balsamic vinegar?

This is called a ploughman’s lunch and I’ve ordered it at a restaurant.

  3. False! There is food in your house and you have proved so by photographing it here

  4. It’s a homemade charcuterie and it looks awesome. Wtf are you talking about?

I think a medieval peasant’s lunch would involve significantly more gruel.

Also significantly less of… everything else.

As the partner of a German, this is every day dinner

Slices of meat? Pieces of genuine cheese? Two kinds of cucumber, an apple, and bread with sauce?

Lord, thou doth eat far in excess of a peasant of modern times. Thy coffers burst with potential thou hast not appreciated!

  8. Vegetable, pickled vegetable, fruit, meat, cheese, bread, spread on bread.

What on earth do you mean “no food in the house”?

I’m pretty sure this is a solid meal.

Not sure I would have added the Vegemite, might clash with the other flavours, but your noms. The butter to Vegemite ratio looks correct – I can see butter through the Vegemite.

Ploughman’s lunches are actually my favorite

Nibble tray!! Looks great to me too.

I buy those little breads toasted, and they’re awesome

Bread, cheese and deli meat. Thats a medieval noble meal

I guess you get a worse meal at many places as a continental breakfast. Maybe it’s not a full cooked meal so it may be weird for lunch, but looks varied and I guess it’s even healthy.
