


“Rice”
2-10 ounce riced cauliflower
2 T rice vinegar
1 tsp erythritol
4 oz. Cream cheese
Mix erythritol with vinegar. Add to softened four ounce cream cheese. Steam your rice according to the package instructions and add the rice to the vinegar and cream cheese blend. Refrigerate until cool.
SPICY tuna
1 tuna steak
1 T Sriracha
1 tsp mayo
Dash of soy sauce
Cut the tuna into small bite size chunks. Add the Sriracha and the mayonnaise to the tuna and mix. Add a dash of soy sauce for flavor. Refrigerate until cool.
Cali Roll ingredient
Cucumber peeled seeded and chopped
Avocado sliced
Imitation crab meat stick.
Making the rolls:
Place the Nori on your cutting board, shiny side down. Add the rice mixture on top of the nori leaving about one inch gap at the top period otherwise spread the rice out evenly, and a thin layer to cover the entire sheet. Sprinkle with black & white toasted sesame seeds and flip the nori on the reverse side. Put your ingredients on the nori side of the wrap if you’re going for an inside out wrap, otherwise, put the ingredients on the rice side if you’re going for a traditional wrap period. Roll and enjoy
