I finally opened that bottle of Melinda’s Naga Jolokia I’ve been a little scared to try…definitely hot, but not as hot as I thought it would be. I really didn’t get a ton in terms of flavor, but lots of mouth heat. The habenero siracha had the best flavor but low heat. I thought the Marie Sharps was probably best overall on pizza but the Secret Aardvark is always just so good. I’m surprised I didn’t find the Naga jolokia hotter considering Buldak 1x noodles are about my spice max (at least for what I enjoy).
