    But I don't add salt when I cook the mussels or fresh fish as this products are already salted by nature.
    Anyway Delicious!

  2. great cooking! just wondering where the spicyness comes from? is it the hot smoked paprikas? would the normal smoked ones not enough for the spicy flavor?

  3. I tried one of your dish requiring saffron (the saffron I used were not the brand you recommended, but still it was a pricy brand) and I notice a choline smell coming from the dish. Is it suppose to smell like that?
