    this is my take on the Egg Slut Gaucho. Went to Vegas, stood in line for 40 minutes, was underwhelmed.

    Egg Slut uses tri tip. I sous vide a brisket in red wine, beef broth and spices for 24 hours then slice thin

    Mint chimichurri sounds excellent. Any other herbs in it, or just mint?
