TAHINI SAUCE

⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS⬇️⬇️

▶Sesame seeds-1 cup
▶Olive oil -1/4 cup
▶Salt(optional)-1/2 tsp

⬇️⬇️Method⬇️⬇️

1️⃣Gently toast the sesame seeds (stirring constantly) on low flame until slightly golden.
2️⃣Let them cool to room temperature
3️⃣Once the sesame seeds have cooled, add them to a blender. Blend to make a fine powder.
4️⃣Then add oil and salt and blend again to make a creamy consistency
5️⃣It is ready to serve

▮You can keep it in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks▮
