Preparation
- In large bowl, combine salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies and egg yolk and whisk until frothy. Continue whisking and drizzle in olive oil.
- Add lettuce, bacon, croutons and cheese, toss quickly and serve.
