Found this gem at a library booksale in Ohio. It was printed in 1983 and has 300+ pages of recipes of “the members, guest artists, staff, volunteers, and friends of the world’s most renowned symphony orchestras.”

I figured at the least I could get a good clam chowder recipe out of it. Haven’t tried any yet but was surprised to see some restaurants contributed as well as a couple famous names such as the likes of Mrs. Robert Kraft, Mrs. Nat King Cole, and Samantha Williams (Wife of John Williams and the only wife I noticed mentioned by her actual name)

Three chicken recipe and the stuffed tomatoes both look amazing.

    Great find, OP!

I love those oddly specifically branded cookbooks. They’re my second favorite type, behind the plastic-bound, xeroxed recipe compilation books produced by small-town churches for fundraisers — those that are full of grandmas trying to outdo each other with their second best recipes (the ones that aren’t family secrets).
