I am sure they’d be happy to answer if you sent them an email. Related, pre covid I took my husband to Blanca for his 40th birthday and they had the comfiest, most elegant barstools. We emailed the GM asking where one could buy them, and she said they’d been ripped out of 1960s Ferraris, so good luck on finding more of those! I wonder what happened to them now that Blanca never seems like it’s returning

From the side looks like Hasami porcelain grey gloss. Probably the 7.25” or 8.75”
i have no helpful contribution to this investigation BUT have a fun anecdote.
i went to misi a few days after finishing season two of the bear. outside of the food being wonderful, i specifically remember the plates standing out because they were so quiet when hitting the table. when carmy is selecting dinnerware in the show, he makes a point to pick the plates that are nearly silent when landing in front of the diner… but unfortunately those are the most expensive and way over budget.
all that to say i have no idea what plates they use at misi, but if the bear taught me anything, it’s that missy robbins certainly spared no expense on stoneware.
I remember one of those plate makers in YouTube who supplies EMP said he considers it a great honor if you flip the plate and see who made it. Be sure to do it next time!

I scored a bunch of Hasami porcelain on Craigslist recently. I would recommend putting an alert on for it if you’re interested in their glazed stuff!
