How to make Yogurt and cucumber salad or Dip 2021 with a side of Pita
Lebanese original salad perfect for anytime. Make a batch and put it in the fridge. Eat when you want. Perfect snack in between meals. I usually have some when a headache is coming on. It hydrates you and fills your gut with good probiotics. Have it with some Pita bread

1/2 cup water
2 small cucumbers
1/4 teaspoon mint
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
