Just bought some of these mild ones. How do you usually use them?

    Usually raw, straight boof…jk. If were you I’d try a small piece and go from there. You could add them to chili and things like that or you could even make powder or flakes with them.

    I put mine in strawberry jam. Really adds to the fruity flavor.

    Try a sliver if you’ve never had a Reaper then pickle the rest with some other veggies.

    I chop them up and toss them into fried eggs, chili/soups/sauces, sprinkle them on my PB sandwiches, add a little too hot cocoa. … Anywhere I would put peppercorn.

    I put them in a pan with oil and almost no fire until they get just a bit crispy, then I cut tiny portions and eat them with what ever I am eating, or mix those tiny portions with something else, If I have s lot then I ferment them.
