You read that right. Plural. Two chickens instead of a “small” turkey (because, ain’t so such thing!).

If I can’t get them side-by-side on the oven and instead have to do on different racks, should I be concerned about browning? Should I rotate mid-way or a few times? Other considerations?

    Rotate them and just monitor their individual temps. You should be fine and can honestly probably fit two on a larger sheet pan

  2. I’m doing two chickens too. Can’t stand turkey. Done deal!
