Today I’m going to show you guys how to make Chinese-style creamy coconut shrimp. I don’t know about you guys, but when I go to a buffet the first thing I put on my plate is the creamy coconut shrimp. It is one of my favorites. Ingredients:
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 box tempura batter
coconut sauce
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbs. mayonnaise
2 tbs. heavy cream
2 tbs. evaporated milk
2 tbs. condensed milk (add more if you want it sweeter)
1 tbs. cornstarch
Mix together and cook on medium heat until thick. If it gets to thick you can just add some more coconut milk or evaporated milk.

  3. All along I thought they use coconut flour. ^_^. I will definitely try this recipe as it cost to much to order it at the Chinese restaurant.
