4 Chicken Breasts (skinless and boneless)
2 Tablespoons of Moroccan Spice Mix / Seasoning
3 Large Potatoes (peeled and roughly chopped)
400g Can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 x 400g Cans of Diced Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Could I use lamb instead of chicken?
Had a go at making this yesterday and it was superb,so easy and tasty and I,m useless at cooking,I was wondering could you use kidney beans instead of chick peas,although there's nothing wrong with chick peas,I,m only wondering,thanks for giving us another amazing dish.

Just made this for dinner- delicious ! Used fresh tomato puree instead of canned
if is over browing to much you can put foil on
to stop the browing
during the baking
if you fine that happens
and do not forget to put the foil and the lid on
