Pictured is a shrimp & scallop taco, asada taco, and chicken taco.
The asada and chicken tacos are solid and the shrimp/scallop one is excellent. My opinion on the latter might be tainted though bc I usually love this style. The shrimp consomme though was pretty tasteless and the side of black beans was confusing.
My wife also got a beet taco and mushroom taco and enjoyed both.
The price for 3 tacos each plus a small churro to split plus a normal tip was $51. I’m pretty zen when it comes to inflation now, but the odds of me coming back are close to zero with so many places I can get better-tasting tacos for cheaper. Mariscos Jalisco nearby is like half the price.
Also the place loses points for the music selection. It was loud and on some kind of fast-paced and aggressive Spanish-language ska (or maybe swing)? Truly awful to my ears on what feels more like a chill space.

I personally love the tacos at Bee Taqueria (I actually think the beet and mushroom tacos are the standouts) but I have to agree that the price is so high that it stops me from wanting to go back. It’s a shame, since I would probably go there pretty frequently if it was more reasonable.
Lol, 6 tacos and a churro for 50+ dollars is absolutely mind-blowing. I could maybe understand this in Santa Monica or bougie west side, but for an outdoor spot in West Adams???

they’re some of the best tacos in the city and it’s one of few places that actually pulls off unique, different tacos, but yeah, the price is extremely hard to justify when more traditional tacos are just as satisfying but so much cheaper
When there is a disagreement between food and price, I may compromise with the price. It is because I have not worked hard enough that I cannot eat such delicious corn tortillas every week！
I still miss the bbq place it replaced.
Never had it but I have to start spreading the word at how mediocre af mariscos is. So wildly disappointed.
Y’all have really got to stop recommending that place.
I always find their tacos to be disappointing but loooove their sandwiches.
