This alcohol calorie guide is a first draft so it may includes a few typos.
As this group knows, most alcohol products in the US don’t list calories or ingredients on label. Additionally many consumers don’t realize alcohol has calories. The hope with this guide is to create a neutral perspective: not pro or anti alcohol, just the basics about how alcohol overlaps with nutrition.
We try to be a bit funny with the selections, and selected food equivalence that mirrors lifestyle and economy.
