SPICE RUB RECIPE
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
1 TSP Smoked Paprika
2 TSP Onion Powder
3 TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 – 1/2 TSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400-415F
Cook Chicken for:
– about 20 min skin side up
– about 20 min skin side down

RAISE OVEN TEMP TO 425-450F

– Finish until golden brown skin side up for 10-20 min.

Just a quick bit of constructive criticism here, it would be nice if you could edit your videos a bit more with some effective cuts. Alot of time spent waiting for you to get ingredients from your fridge lol. Keep up the good work though!

  7. I'm old . You go on about grease from chicken but salt isn't good for you either .. so why care about grease with so much salt ?? How I see it . Without the chicken grease you couldn't make home made chicken noodle soup .. it's sad when I hear people talk oh chicken grease .. well when your sick with a cold chicken soup made with chicken helps a cold .. sorry just really gets to me when people talk about chicken grease .. I love boiling chicken and making dumplings .. or boiling chicken to make home made noodles .. I just wish people stop downing the grease of chicken it makes good meals .. it's like complaining when you bake out the grease but I think I would have grease over salt .. or maybe your just a young pup who hasn't cooked old school ..

How I bake chicken put potatoes down on bottom of pan then shake & bake chicken then put chicken on top of potatoes wrap top of pan in aluminum foil .. bake it most of day .. the grease bakes over potatoes . It takes most of day .. but adding the same to all one pan give it more flavor than sperating it ..

  12. Approximately how many calories is 1 pc of chicken? Thanks Have made this countless times and added to my cookbook. Will be a forever recipe, spice rub is absolutely spot on and chicken has an nice crispy skin and moist and juicy on the inside.
