Salad
2-3 cups Green Cabbage shredded (I used half of a large cabbage)
1/2 cup diced cucumber (1 cucumber)
1/4 cup Scallions (2-3 scallion stalks)

Green Goddess Dressing
Handful cilantro or parsley
2 cups Spinach Leaves
1 cloves Garlic
1 small Shallot (or half as it can be sharp in taste)
Juice of 2 Lemons
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  1. This is so good! I added edamame for some protein to the salad. I added jalapeno, fresh basil, and avocado to the dressing. I also substituted parmesan cheese for the nutritional yeast. I'll definitely try this smoked salmon.

  3. Looks like nutritional yeast was poured in the dressing? Not on the dressing recipe list tho.
