
Kale
1 potato
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 can tomato sauce
Onion
Tomato
Lemon
Olive oil or vegetable oil
Vegan butter
Cilantro
Aloo Gobi spice back by inspired indian
Air fry potato 25 minutes but 10 minutes in add cauliflower for the remainder 15 minutes (400 degrees, shake basket every 5 to 7 minutes to check doneness).
Meanwhile sweat diced onions in oil (small amount, 1 tablespoon or less) in pan. Once translucent add tablespoon vegan butter, tomato and aloo Gobi spice pack. Bring to a boil then simmer until air fryer is done.
Add cooked cauliflower and potato with mixture.
Squeeze half a Lemon and stir.
Let simmer for a few minutes, add water if needed.
Rest meal on a cup of Kale.
Cilantro for garnish.
(I lifehacked the recipe but the actual recipe is on the back of the spice packet. I added the kale part so you wont see that on the packet.)
