    Slice a tomato, pour some good quality italian olive oil and enjoy.

    You don’t need to make any dish using burrata. Just eat it.

    Take a nice thick slice of crusty bread. Grill it so it’s a little charred and nicely toasted. Rub with raw garlic. Spread burrata on it, take some ripe peaches, sear those in a pan, put on top. Aged balsamic. Salt pepper olive oil.
