There’s about $200 of different hot sauce in my fridge currently and another $100 on the self waiting to be tried. Not a brag, I clearly have a problem. That being said, my problem can be of benefit to you not having to try a bunch of hot sauces to find a good one. This is my absolute favorite hot sauce of all time due to overall flavor and versatility.
**I don’t like my mouth to hurt, I want a tingle and big flavor. As a disclaimer. Some friends of mine who do not like spicy food still think the hot sauces I enjoy are too spicy.
This first sauce is from Fumi and like most of my sauces, come from Amazon. The flavor is out of this world. Mixing this into ketchup makes a spicy ketchup that cannot be beat. Since it’s thick but spreads well. I put a dab on pizza and brush it across. Fantastic to toss chicken wings in as well
Garlic forward with a solid umami that I still haven’t been able to wrap my brain , no matter how many bites.
