Today, my wife and I are making Cioppino. It’s an Italian-style seafood stew very similar to Bouillabaisse—perfect for these cold winter days. Buon Appetito!

You two are so cute 😍
Hi you two!! Its been a while.. So glad I checked in. To see my favourite grill master still fighting the good fight and your beautiful wife being more a part of it day after day makes me happy. So proud of you both and will definitely try this recipe. Love the history behind it.. Much love from Perth, Western Australia
That looked great. Speaking of great, it's great to see your lovely lady again. I agree I'm not to sure about using salmon in this dish however I might give it a try with the spring run ( I'm currently out of salmon and I refuse to buy salmon, you understand) I do have a fish to suggest, especially for those out in the Midwest, Walleye, they are a wonderful white fish. Prepared properly I feel they are just as great as halibut. So you two be careful this weekend. That storm is looking very bad. I understand in some places this storm can hit hurricane forces. That said, have a great day. 😃❄👍
That looks phenomenal. I'm going to have to give this a try.
Yeay! You’re back! We’ve missed you. This looks fabulous!
Nice to see you guys on camera together 😍
This looked so awesome, on the seafood grills at the moment being summer in Australia. 👌👌👌
Hey you two 🙂 That looks amazing! I've got to make this for myself one day, no one else in my family likes seafood 😞 But I WAN'T IT 😛 Great video and hungry greetings from Denmark 😀
That meal looks fantastic. I personally wouldn't add fish for my taste, so I would add mussels.
Hope you saved the Fennel fronds they are a very nice add on with the parsley when plating.
“I’m sure everybody knows how to do that.” Yes we do. We leave the root attached to make it easier. 😌
What a beautiful couple! Thanks for the great recipes! Been able to use a lot of them during this New Zealand summer! But look forward to trying this when the winter come!
Very nice! I may have missed it, but what is the approximate cooking time once the seafood is added?
That looks fantastic, I wish I could smell and taste it 😊. Also very nice to see Chalene. Great job.
👍👍👍👍👍
This looks delicious! I hope it’s okay to use frozen then thawed seafood
Hey , somehow I missed this one. Love it. Indeed, French bouillabaisse with some rouille. Delicious. Makes me already look forward to our yearly holiday to the south of France. Portuguese also have a similar "cataplana" dish.
Making this for my husbands birthday tomorrow:) wish me luck!
