I brought meat with me from my hometown after moving out with my partner.

I brought this with me from Saturday on a 6h trip (after freezing it) and it went in the fridge for 5 days.

It does not smell and it’s not slimy only discolored.

What should I be aware of if I eat or cook this?

NOTE: THIS MEAT IS ORGANIC AND MADE OF 100% PURE MEAT.

    Should be fine from your description. Smell is the best indicator, that’s our natural “stay away” instinct. Beef discoloration is most likely due to oxidation.
