I’ve only been a handful of times to Korean restaurants (outside Korea ofc), but in almost all of my experiences the food was really oily. So I’m wondering if that’s how it’s supposed to be, or if I was just really unlucky / went to bad quality restaurants

    Might be a personal thing. Does oil bother you in other foods?

    it also depends on what you’re getting. this looks like bulgogi over rice which tends to be oilier.
