INGREDIENTS:
1 pound (500 grams) of fresh mussels (with shell)
15 oz (425 grams) plain tomato sauce (in a can)
1 medium sized tomato – chopped
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5-6 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup of finely chopped parsley and cilantro (mixed)

put some white wines along with capsicum and white onion and let it be cook for around 10 mins it taste much better ..thanks me latter

Poor little guys, all these years I've been eating them in restaurants and never ever cooked them myself, didn't realise they were cooked alive 😢 somehow I feel bad all of a sudden, how is it this day I feel sorry for mussels. Of course, them being so delicious I will still eat them but with a heavy and broken heart
