It was probably knicked by something when I was moving it in the drying rack.

I’m worried that this might leak chemicals into the food.

Is there a SAFE way to seal it?

Any other options?

2nd Photo is the other container, which has a bubble. That was not a user error and came as is.

Similar questions apply to that as well.

Thank you.

  1. From previous threads like this, looks like its done for, bacteria can get in there and breed. As for sealing it, im not sure if theres a safe way to do it unless you have something for glazing clay that is food rated maybe, but that would also require a kiln, not sure an oven would work, but maybe.
