This is actually a good recipe. The only big mistake lies in the name: Milanese. Risotto alla Milanese is a very traditional recipe, saffron alone is not enough to call a dish: risotto alla milanese. It’a simple dish, built on the excellence of the ingredients. Great rice, very good beef stock, parmigiano, butter, a little onion, a glass of good wine, pepper. That’s it. You should also use beef marrow, but nowadays it’s considered optional. Still, I liked your recipe and your execution, of course you CAN cook. It’s a very nice rice and shrimps dish. Please just allow me a little piece of advice… add the saffron at the very end, with butter and parmesan. Otherwise, colour and aroma are not right. Cheers, ❤️🇬🇷🇮🇹

Says do not boil for more than a few minutes because of becoming bitter. Chef Andrew Zimern boils the shit out of them for like 2 hours. So now I am stuck. ???
It was absolutely fantastic! I added roasted fennel and lime on side as well.
