    I was in Vegas last weekend at the Cosmopolitan hotel and they have a “Secret Pizza” place that is down a hallway with no signs or anything. We ordered a pie there and it was AMAZING by the time we were done the line was like 100 people long. So much for the ‘secret’ lol

    I was in Manhattan in August and the slices there were fantastic too, but the Vegas Cosmo ‘secret’ pizza was just as good. We were so happy with it, except for the seating and line.

    I am no pro chef but the key seems to be a SUPER FUCKING HOT oven. same with steak.
