  1. Mmmmmm… I can smell the flavor right thru the screen. After you put the sauce on the patties, I was like "that might need some oregano!" Then you brought that magic bag with the Greek oregano 😂 Looks so yummy… do you think I would need less time if I made the patties a bit smaller without cooking the $hit out it? And, would it ruin the dish if I add a hint of cinnamon to the sauce? Thanks !!

  2. Wow. Got to try this!. Hope I can find Greek Basel (?) in the market. If not, will use regular basil.

  3. “Its Greek food. We cook the shit out of everything” 🤣😂 how true is that!

  4. Great recipe – tonight is my fourth time making it! One egg never seemed like enough, so I added another and now the mixture seemed mushy, so I added some bread crumbs. Hoping for the best – next time I'll stick to one egg. Threw a shot of ouzo into the sauce at the last minute since I was pouring myself some for all my hard work…

  5. Bravo Ken!!! You make us Greeks proud! Greetings from the Cayman Islands,. I am putting this dish together today!! Thank you much
