300g broccoli and cauliflower mix
1/2cup cheddar cheese cubed
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
1/3 red onion chopped ( important to use red as its sweet)
1Teaspoon pepperdews
1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
1 cup double crew, mayonnaise
1teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Use this as a guide if you making for more than 8people
