Sweet potato Salad 🌱
– 1 sweet potato, cooked with herbs and spices and some olive oil in the oven for 30 minutes
– salad
– sunflower seeds
– pumpkin seeds
– 1 cucumber
Pomegranate Vinaigrette
– 1 tbsp. olive oil
– 2 handful of pomegranate seeds
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
– 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
