I want to know what recipes you all are canning for this holiday season! My family lives all over the country and every year I make a few recipes to send out for the holidays. Also I inevitably use some as hostess gifts for holiday parties. Please share what (tested) recipes you are making this year for gifts!

Here’s what I’m preparing to make this weekend:

[Orange Chocolate Marmalade (from Pomona Pectin)](https://pomonapectin.com/orange-chocolate-marmalade-2/)

[Station Hot Sauce (from Bernardin)](https://www.bernardin.ca/recipes/en/Station_hot_sauce.htm?Lang=EN-US)

[Candied Jalapenos (from Ball)](https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=candied-jalapenos)

[Lemon Sage Wine Mustard (from Ball)](https://ucanr.edu/sites/mfp_of_cs/files/312443.pdf)

Green tomato relish, apple butter, and bread & butter pickles.

My jellies are always a big hit. I put up a bunch of blackberry jelly and strawberry this year.

Piccalilli – annual tradition. I usually do peach salsa too but my peach tree didn’t produce this year.

  4. Jalapeño jelly in the tiny 4oz jars from the ball book. Great little coworker gift

I made a ton of plum jam for gifts this year. It’s a family favorite.
