I’m not sure if this post belongs here since it’s not a traditional korean food, but I wanted to share this recipe I was sent recently. They have just a touch of spice that’s balanced out nicely by the sweetness of the cookie. It’s a New York Times recipe which unfortunately is behind a paywall but I can post the ingredients/steps here if anyone wants !

I made those too! I love them. Chewy, spicy, sweet and addicting.

Hmmm, I’m intrigued. What’s the recipe?

I’m so intrigued. What does it taste like? Are you going for sugar and spice?

I know gochujang is appearing everywhere now due to K-culture’s popularity, but caramel cookies was not one I expected!

I have those on my To Make list. I love Eric Kim’s NYT recipes.
