So I cooked it yesterday but I couldn’t weigh it so I have only guesses as to how many spaetzle we used (400g?) and we had a bunch of leftovers (3 medium dinners). My dad threw in a bunch of eggs ~8? And I used approximately 30g butter to cook with. Any help would be appreciated! I know it’s vague.
I measured out a portion that I’d guess to be approximately 1/7th or 1/8th of the whole thing? Maybe less 😅
