* Zatarains Seasoning
* Zatarains Crispy Southern Fish Fry
* Yellow mustard

  1. Ok cool use mustard as a binder. I do use both Zatarain and Tony's. Been using a little Sweet Smokey Joe's Creole Kick too. That cooling rack is a great move

  2. Can you use old bay season instead of the creole season? I also have a different brand of breading…

  6. Great video, I do want to say that when frying your cook time should be based on the size of what your cooking. Most things are fried at around 375. If your temp is too high your food can burn before cooking through and if too low your meat will take in a lot of cooking oil become greasy.

  7. cook an extra minute so you wont have that string in the middle of your fish-other than that, perfect
