Here’s what I used to make these chocolate covered strawberries:
-Fresh strawberries
-Melting chocolate disks (I used Sweet Tooth Fairy meltables in Bright White
and Sweet Tooth Fairy meltables in Dark Cocoa)
-Parchment paper piping bags
-Dishes for melting and dipping
-Silicone flower molds (the one I used was a gift and Iโ€™m not sure where it came from. Etsy and Amazon have lots of options!)
-Edible luster dust (use code SWEETAMBS15 for 15% Sweet Sticks products)
-Sweet Sticks Pink Gelato
-Sweet Sticks Vanilla Bean
-Sweet Sticks Dark Rose Gold
-Sweet Sticks Magnolia (matte)
-Brushes
-Wilton dusting brush
-Sweet Sticks round brush
-Sweet Sticks fine tip brush
-Hot plate with a dish towel or oven set to lowest setting with parchment lined baking sheet

  1. Is it cold as heck where you are doing this? I ask because when i touch the chocolate it starts to melt FAST. So i barely touch it
