  3. @sergei1978 There's probably two reasons. One: A lot of cooking is to taste. Following an exact recipe can lead to issues, especially if you are trying to find things that are out of season or just hard to get in your area. Next, I'm sure she has exact measurements at her websites!

  7. hey can u make fatera? u know the flaky butter bread. ive been looking for a video everywhere. my mom cant make it but my grandma is amazing but everytime she tries to esplain it to my mom over the phone it always turns out bad, nothing like my grandma makes it. 🙁 plz help me i really wanna eat fatera

  8. I always have a hard time getting the right water ratio to basmatti rice (especially basmatti). How many cups of water did you start boiling and how many bups of the brown basmatti rice did you add? Does adding the fish and onions take away from the water ratio? Thanks!
