I quit a place once because I was in the prep area breaking down tuna that will be used raw and someone found space next to me, our cutting boards touching each other close, and they just started to hack away at raw chicken. Like it’s flying everywhere, the walls, the tuna, my face even. The saddest part about it is a health inspector came in at that exact time and instead of noticing that he pointed out the vacuum sealer that was under us mentioning we can’t use that for fish. My last 2 brain cells imploded.
